All in-person and virtual participants—including, but not limited to, attendees, speakers, exhibitors, organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and support staff—are expected to abide by this Code of Conduct. By participating in this conference, you are agreeing to adhere to this Code of Conduct by refraining from all unacceptable behavior.
Unacceptable behavior includes:

- Use or transmission of slurs, profanity, or sexually explicit language or images.
- Disruptive speech or behavior that would interfere with the conference or other individuals’ participation in the conference.
- Recording and/or distributing any part of the presentations, discussions, chats, etc., without permission.
- Soliciting services or promoting projects during the presentations.
To facilitate productive discussion, we also ask that attendees refrain from occupying a disproportionate amount of space in in-person discussions and virtual chat threads, especially with topics not relevant to the conversation at hand. During Q&A sessions, please remember that facilitators will focus on questions most relevant to the discussion and the expertise of the speakers.

The conference organizers reserve the right to prohibit offenders from attending future conferences, online or in person.
If you witness or are subjected to any inappropriate behavior, please contact the team at the support email address from which you receive(d) your confirmation email.
