A conference series highlighting the stories of Asian faith communities throughout North America.
About Our Stories, Our Faith
What Is Our Story, Our Faith?
The Asian American Christian experience includes stories of migration and belonging, of faith carried across oceans, of communities that have worshiped, struggled, and flourished in the particular places they call home.
Our Stories, Our Faith is a conference series dedicated to recovering and honoring these micro-histories, gathering scholars, ministry leaders, and community members to explore the distinct experiences of Asian American Christians across generations, ethnicities, and regions. We believe that telling our stories faithfully, in all their complexity, can heal and form us.
Our Stories, Our Faith is a collaboration between four organizations committed to Asian American Christian community and scholarship: the Center for Asian American Christianity at Princeton Theological Seminary, the Asian American Christian History Institute at Fuller Theological Seminary, the Asian Ministries of the American Baptist Home Mission Societies, and Epic Movement (Cru). Each conference is rooted in a specific community and place, honoring the diversity of the Asian American experience and highlighting the unique experiences within it.
